Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your shoes. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain return authorization and return instructions first.

Ordinary returns Shoes must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Indoor try-on is permitted, provided the soles remain clean and there are no outdoor wear marks. Please protect the original shoe packaging during return shipping.

Return address and shipping costs Authorized returns go to 1 Rue De La Pise, 30110 La Grand-Combe, France. This address is in France. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. We cover return shipping for company errors, damaged items and defective items. The ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a defect, damage or an incorrect item.
