We ship free to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
When will my shoes arrive?
We offer free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Other countries are not eligible for delivery. Handling and transit Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; these are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Order cutoff Our daily cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as their processing start. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day. Shipping and tax All eligible orders receive free standard shipping. Shipping is $0.00 and tax charged at checkout is $0.00. This does not represent a claim that products are legally tax exempt. How do I choose a size?
Use the foot-length reference on each product page. Women’s sizes run US 5–12 and men’s sizes US 7–13, including half sizes, in standard width. Measure both feet and use the longer foot; the chart is a reference, not a fit guarantee.
Can I return my shoes?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your shoes. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain return authorization and return instructions first. Ordinary returns Shoes must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Indoor try-on is permitted, provided the soles remain clean and there are no outdoor wear marks. Please protect the original shoe packaging during return shipping. Return address and shipping costs Authorized returns go to 1 Rue De La Pise, 30110 La Grand-Combe, France. This address is in France. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee. Damaged, defective or incorrect items Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. We cover return shipping for company errors, damaged items and defective items. The ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a defect, damage or an incorrect item.
